Jonathon Jeffries - Niche (Teacher)

In this week’s episode I had the opportunity to chat with Jonathon Jeffries. He is a father, husband, history extraordinaire, and teacher. In our conversation we discussed our “non-traditional” journeys into becoming educators. We also covered the many varying aspects of being members of the teaching profession. Jon has a unique and profound way of looking at the world and I hope everyone enjoys our discussion as much as I enjoyed having it!

About the Podcast

What the Niche
A Podcast to Discuss Every Niche
It seems as though everything currently is seeking to divide us. Whether it be the media, friends, family, or the world at large, everyone seems to want to point out just how different we are from one another. I find this to be the complete opposite of my experience. My group of friends is extremely eclectic and we all seem to get along. My goal is to demonstrate to others during this divisive time, we are all pretty damn similar. Most people want the same basic things out of life. I want a platform to demonstrate to people we are all more similar than any of us realize. Therefore, the idea is simple. Sit down and have genuine conversations with people from all walks of life.
