Amy and Kevin Gose - Niche - Educators

In this week’s episode I had the wonderful opportunity to chat with two fellow educators, Kevin and Amy Gose. During our discussion we covered what it means to be an educator in the modern world. We also talked about the strange new reality of teaching during a pandemic. The conversation also revealed we all became educators via a non-traditional path, meaning, it occurred for us later in life. Amidst these uncertain times I found it comforting to know many of the things I am struggling with in my life and profession are seemingly universal. I hope this insightful and honest conversation can provide you some sense of solace in this time of a pandemic.

About the Podcast

What the Niche
A Podcast to Discuss Every Niche
It seems as though everything currently is seeking to divide us. Whether it be the media, friends, family, or the world at large, everyone seems to want to point out just how different we are from one another. I find this to be the complete opposite of my experience. My group of friends is extremely eclectic and we all seem to get along. My goal is to demonstrate to others during this divisive time, we are all pretty damn similar. Most people want the same basic things out of life. I want a platform to demonstrate to people we are all more similar than any of us realize. Therefore, the idea is simple. Sit down and have genuine conversations with people from all walks of life.
